INVITATION

to General Assembly of the Non-Profit Association “LOCAL ACTION GROUP RAKITOVO – PAZARDZHIK”

Dear Members of the LAG,

On 12.05.2025 at 14:00 (2:00 PM), a General Assembly of the Non-Profit Association “LOCAL ACTION GROUP RAKITOVO – PAZARDZHIK” will be held in the Municipal Council Hall of Rakitovo at the following address: 57 Ivan Klincharov Str., town of Rakitovo, with the following agenda:

1. Admission of new members to the General Assembly of the Association;
2. Changes in the collective management body (Board of Directors) of the Association.

Venue: The Municipal Council Hall of Rakitovo, address: 57 Ivan Klincharov Str., town of Rakitovo.

Pursuant to Art. 20, Para. 4 of the Articles of Association of the Association, the written materials related to the agenda of the General Assembly are at the disposal of the members for their review at the office of the Association located at: 4 Hristo Botev Str., Floor 1, 4640 Rakitovo.

Pursuant to Art. 21, Para. 1 of the Articles of Association, in the absence of a quorum, the meeting shall be postponed for one hour later at the same place and with the same agenda.
